Once you place your order, your dealer submits it to us for review. If any corrections or changes are needed, we—or your dealer—will notify you. Some changes may require a new order form and your signed approval, especially if there are adjustments to the building specifications or price.

After your order is approved, it enters our scheduling queue. A member of our team will contact you to confirm your order details and discuss a tentative installation date. Please note, installations are weather-dependent. Once scheduled, we gather all necessary materials and coordinate installation with one of our experienced contractors.

Our standard lead time for installation is up to 2 weeks for most areas we serve. Please remember that installation dates may be affected by weather conditions and the readiness of your site.

Yes, free delivery and installation are included with your order, provided your site is level and ready. Please note: a lift is required during installation, and the customer is responsible for providing the lift.

• Your site must be level within a 1–3 inch tolerance.
• Prepare your site in advance to avoid delays or restocking fees.
• Remove any wood forms before our team arrives if you are using a concrete pad.
• All items penetrating the slab (plumbing, electrical, anchors, etc.) must be at least 3" from the outer edge of the concrete.
• If you require a lift for installation, you must provide it at the time of installation.

• Pour your concrete pad at least 2 inches wider on all sides than the building dimensions. For example, a 12’×20′ unit requires a 12’4”×20’4” pad.
• Minimum recommended thickness is 4", with 3500 psi concrete.
• For lean-to base rails, extend the slab to the outer edge of each lean-to.
• Plastic vapor barrier and 3/8" rebar on an 18" grid are recommended.
• Concrete must be level, square, and cured for at least 5 days before installation.
• Check with your local permitting office for any specific requirements.

• Concrete Anchors: For concrete slab installations. Concrete wedge anchors provided, sized for slab thickness.
• Mobile Home (Auger) Anchors: For dirt or soil installations and required for certified wind ratings.
• Rebar Anchors: 1/2” x 32” for low-wind, sturdy soil locations.
• Asphalt Anchors: Used only on asphalt surfaces, with screw-like threads or barbs for secure hold.

For best results, your installation site should be level within 1–3 inches. We strongly recommend preparing your site in advance if it does not meet this requirement. Proper site preparation helps avoid installation delays and potential restocking fees.
